I think it's great! This is actually what I do at my job. I don't compliment everyone of course but I do this, and actually ask people to smile as well. I sent this to my son who makes short films, as well as friends and family. Thanks.. I assume my validation is being handled.

Great video. It made me smile. What it taught me is that you never know what impact you have on people. The results may not show up right away, but you may positively impact them over time. Again, great video.

This is the coolest warm fuzzies video I have seen in ages! Clever and so true... i used to get a slap on the wrist and marked down in the quality control checks with my bulldog supervisor because I laughed out loud often (unamed govt dept!). Since people invented money many of us forgot how to smile. I would better live in jungle and never got into this wild reality. My loving wife forgot when she was smiling the last time. Me either.
I do not have job in my 56. I paid every "Guru" including Tellman for the honest help in learning how to make money online and it never happened. They took my money and that's it. Now they send me nice video and teach me how to smile.

I'm an emotional guy. This video got me all choked up.
But it is so TRUE! If you SMILE and hand out compliments, people will smile back.
If you have a SMILE in your heart and on your face, when you talk with people, even if they can't see you, will smile too. If you get people smiling, they tend to be more cooperative and that will help your business.

I am glad that someone took the time to make this video. It is very well done and it should be shown to every customer support person in the world. Sometimes I hang up (I do say good bye) on customer support because they are so negative on the phone. That goes for online tech support also. You can tel the support person does not have a good attitude by how short and useless the reply is to my question. Online bad support will cost you 24 to 48 hours before the correct support is given. Because I get this type of bad support I do not buy from the company again and cancel any and all subscriptions. I am happy to say there are some great tech support people out their but not many from my experience.

What a lovely story. Thanks for reminding me about 'validation'. It's amazingly wonderful and so are you.

Is that a omen???????? Wow,,and tell all those homeless kids to go to a DENTIST!! As My Parents died when I was 13 and 15 ,,no brothers or sisters! So no body MADE me go the the hatchet dentist that was our family dentist,, I dont want this to sound mushy,,It made me feel better donateing,,when im 3 months from Maybe being homeless my self,Unless some work comes into my Shop!!!
