I think it's great! This is actually what I do at my job. I don't compliment everyone of course but I do this, and actually ask people to smile as well. I sent this to my son who makes short films, as well as friends and family. Thanks.. I assume my validation is being handled.

Wouldn't life be wonderful if it were that easy? Just be nice and make people happy – sigh. I'll keep at it, but usually things stop right at the point when Mr. Validation goes from happy to depressed.

Don't get me wrong – keep validating people, because the 1% good you do is worth it.
